POSITION SUMMARY
Purpose
Organize and assign the local technician team to conduct everyday maintenance work effectively, and control cost rationally to support the quick expansion of south China commercial business.
组织领导当地维修团队完成日常维修任务，合理控制费用，配合南区高速业务发展

Nature and Scope

Lead and instruct technician team to complete maintenance tasks on time.
组织领导维修团队及时完成各项维修任务。
Ensure all the vehicles of south China fleet in a good operation condition.
确保南区车辆维持在良好的运行状态
In charge of truck maintenance, ensuring compliance with AP standards and regulations.
负责车辆维修，遵从公司的各项标准及规章制度。
Manage and maintain fleet spare parts system.
管理车辆维修零配件，保持合理库存
Keep good records/licenses of all vehicle of south China fleet.
清晰记录，保存好车辆各项档案及证照更新。

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Vehicle daily, regularly, check and maintenance.
车辆的每日及常规检查与维修
2. Coordinate with team members, plan quarterly and annually vehicle inspection / maintenance.
组织团队定期完成车辆季度年度检查及维修
3. Keep vehicle document/licenses update
保持车辆档案及证照更新
4. Lead vehicle emergency repair/maintenance, ensure smooth daily fleet operations.
组织解决车辆紧急维修，保证车队正常运作
5. Perform preventive maintenance ensure fleet in a good condition
保证按时完成车辆保养工作，保持车辆运行在良好状态
6. Follow all the fleet maintenance procedure.
遵守AP车辆维修规范
7. Repair and maintenance on time.
及时完成车辆维修工作


JOB REQUIREMENTS

？1.Bachelor degree minimum, with at least 3 years’ truck maintenance experience. Experience in cryogenic equipment is desirable.
？2.Good safety awareness.
？3.Energetic, Good communication skill, with open and team spirit.
？4.Demonstrated knowledge of fleet maintenance skills and systems.
？5.Ability to manage budgets and costs analyzing, Knowledge of finance and ISO 9001 preferred
？6.Good written and oral English is preferred.
