Brief summary of position’s purpose or role – the primary objective of the role
This ProcurementManager position works as PMT Asia Procurement at Zhangjiang HQ. Lead P&C/A&C direct material sourcing and tolling projects.Lead develop and execute P&C/A&C direct material sourcing strategies. Managesuppliers/tollersand response for cost reduction to make sure meet department goal. Close work withRegional business leaders and other functions to pre-active link sourcing strategy to global short and long term priority.Provide market analysis report to Global Commodity Directorand support business strategy.Participate global business leadership meeting to bring procurement expertise and constructed ideas that generate value for business. Lead complex negotiation and manage all aspects of agreement and supplier relationships
Key Areas of Responsibility（主要职责）
Describe the key tasks / activities that are necessary to fulfil the purpose of the role – remember these actions should not be key “goals” – these should be reviewed and allocated annually as part of the performance development program
? Strategic and tactical activities related to procurement of P&C/A&C raw material, tolling, packaging and supply chain management.
? Lead develop and implement PE/TD Wax, Spectra fiber, Fine chemical and Research chemical strategy.
? Apart procurement strategies and plans to influence business priority and pre-actively communicate with senior leaders to ensure close alignment between procurement and business requirement.
? Lead P&C/A&C procurement Asia team to support supplier management cycle include selection, evaluation to secure material supply.
? Partner with global P&C/A&C procurement team and regional team to leverage global sourcing and cross business spend, and identify new supply globally.
? Lead complex negotiation and manage all aspects of agreement and supply relationship.
? Manage supplier performance (OTTR, PPM, ETC..) monitor at site to assure strong supplier performance.
? Market intelligence analysis and competitor benchmarkfor building strategy and share with business.
? Lead team to complete tactical procurement activities to ensure continuous supply of material for P&C/A&C Asia and export business.
? Early involve NPI project to ensure best-in-class supplier be selected.

? Meet the target productivity align with department and global procurement director goal.
? Secure raw material supply for Asia Site as well as export to US plant.
? Prompt action to provide Asia raw material and market information to global business team.
? SupplierManagement (OTTR/PPM, etc..)
? Working Capital improvement (AWPTO/MPO/MSB, etc..)
? HGR Sourcing spend and drive E4E/E4R project.
? Team management MOS and HOS OTC implementation.
