职位描述：
岗位概要 Key Performance Area
- Provide product development solutions according to business plan and innovation strategy.
- Product/process specs and technical documents.
- Ongoing product design performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Technical support to operations
- Build and develop team’s capability to ensure the innovation and renovation to contribute to WFC business

基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility
- Lead and execute product innovation projects including ingredient, product, and process development.
- Build strong relationship with suppliers and other institutions to leverage their technology and capability in product development and process improvement.
- Works closely with internal technical team and co-packers to define manufacturing procedures and technology for production of consistent quality products driven by scale-up.
- Build strong relationship with internal stakeholders to ensure flawless new product launch, as well as to ensure the new product regulatory compliance of all labels, nutritional claims and technical declaration.
- In charge of process knowledge and good practice transfer.

教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request
- Education: At a minimum of BS (BSc) on Food Science and Technology or related subjects.
- Experience: Preferably a minimum of 8 years R&D experience in relevant Foods manufacturing, with 5 years working experience in R&D management.
- In-depth knowledge in glutinous rice flour, wheat flour and related frozen dough products.
- Broad knowledge of product development, ingredients and process development as well.\
- Excellent communication and high effectiveness in cross functional communication.
- Innovation projects management
- Proficient English skills
- Strong leadership skills
