Fulfil the plant staffing needs, facilitating internal mobility and transition or external recruitments and follow-up new graduate program;
完成工厂员工招聘需求,促进内部人员转岗晋升和外部人员补充,跟进大学生项目
Coordinate the implementation of employee relationship by means of organizing and conducting company culture and people caring related programs and activities..
通过组织和管理的方式协调实施员工激励及相关的项目和活动
Main missions: 主要工作职责:
Recruitment:人员招聘
a) Fulfil the plant staffing needs, facilitating internal mobility and transition or external recruitments and follow-up integration of new employees. Data entry is managed for personal administration data
完成工厂员工招聘需求,促进内部人员转岗晋升和外部人员补充,跟进新员工的融入工作;每月输入人员新进/离职/变更信息
b) Manages the OHP review process and optimizes the Convergence Plan according to the needs of the plant
管理OHP检查工作,根据工厂的需求完善行动计划
c) Ensure that management development tools are properly used to promote functional mobility in line with Group human resources policies and practices.
确保集团管理工具能正确地运用,促进生产线上员工的发展。
d) Works with the HR manager to design annual recruiting plan, and involved in headcount budgeting.
与人事经理一起制定年度招聘工作计划,并参与人头预算工作
e) Screen profile of applicants and conduct first round test and interview.
筛选职位申请人并进行第一轮测试和面试
f) Involved in negotiating the offer and all follow up services for new employees.
参与新员工的薪资洽谈和录取通知书发放等工作
g) Build up database of talents for the Company. Keep long term relationship with the potential candidates.
建立公司人才数据库,与潜在候选人保持联系
h) Work with HR Manager to manage the development competencies management of employee in the plant
与HR经理一起指导工厂员工培养自己的管理能力
i) Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies for month-end figures and follow up indicators.
收集信息,准备符合集团人力资源政策的报表并跟进月度指标
? Employee Relationship:员工关系
a) Pilot the implementation of people caring programs in the plant.
在工厂中实施各类员工关怀项目
b) Coordinate, schedule, implement, track and measure all company culture building up initiatives (inside and outside).
主动的协调,安排,实施,跟踪和评估公司文化的建立宣传
c) Track the costs of employee relationship activities to meet budget.
跟踪员工活动的费用与预算是否一致
d) Analyze and generate employees’ satisfaction report; collect employees’ requirements and take actions to improve it.
分析和建立员工满意报告,收集员工需求然后采取改善行动
e) Assist with Audits come down to communication and activities.
协助审核,组织沟通和行动

Qualifications 任职资格:
At least 2-3 years in the HR function with experience in Training and Recruiting
