Sr. Quality System Engineer 资深质量体系工程师
RESPONSIBILITIES,
1. Be responsible for maintain and continue improve quality system
2. Planning, preparing and supervising internal audits, customer audits and external system audits.
3. Conducting process or system audits and/or full-run, possibly also in coordination with internal and external entities.
4. Ordering or conducting the creation and maintenance of local process documentation on the Corporate Management System in coordination with the process offices responsible.
5. Developing uniform system and process standards, as well as initiating, steering, driving and monitoring the introduction and implementation in coordination with involved entities.
6. Adaptation and further development of quality methods and techniques for implementation of the QM system in cooperation with the offices responsible.
7. Creating, planning and conducting training courses in quality methods and techniques, as well as new processes and procedures according to stipulated and self-prepared documents and accompanying coaching.
8. Conducting evaluations, determining key points and informing the entities affected.
9. Preparing reports and documentation, as well as ensuring that responsible, superior and specialist entities are informed.
10. Further development of the Corporate Management System in cooperation with the central Quality departments and functional support to implement in the division.
11. Identify and positioning of optimizing potentials in processes with the responsible persons of the processes.
QUALIFICATIONS,
1. University degree with engineering background would be preferred
2. More than 5 years quality experience in automotive industry
3. Good command of English skills
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
