职位描述：
Basic Responsibilities基本职责
1. Fully Comply with UTC Ethics & Business Practices requirements.
        严格遵守UTC道德规范。
2. Responsible for implementing EH&S policy and standards of UTC, Otis, EH&S rules of company and local safety policy and rules, actively support and participate in Company EH&S activity.
        负责贯彻实施奥的斯公司的环境安全（EH&S）政策和法规、公司的安全规程，以及当地的安全政策和法规，积极支持和参与公司的环境健康安全活动。
3. Make manpower plan based on production volume monthly
        根据每月的产量制定人力需求计划。
4. Organize production and control production progress according to production schedule to ensure on-time delivery and annual OTD objective.
        按生产计划组织生产并控制生产进度，确保控制柜按时产成及完成年度OTD目标。
5. Ensure product quality meet annual DPMO objectives
        确保生产质量符合年度DPMO目标。
6. Assist production supervisor in maintaining a personal development program, and provide proper training to workers to ensure their work skill are in compliance with production requirements.
        协助主管建立员工个人发展计划，培训员工并确保其作业技能满足生产需求。
7. Implement efficiency and quality improvement activity
        组织员工开展提高效率和质量的活动。
8. Make sure QCPC and TPM implemented fully in production line, support ACE Pilot analyze cause and make improvement
        确保QCPC和TPM在生产线得到充分落实, 协助工程师分析问题原因并建立改善措施。
9. Maintain process discipline and ensure that employees understand company policies, rules and regulations. Take corrective action when they are not adhered to.
        维持工艺纪律，确保员工理解公司的政策，规章和制度。当这些规章、制度和政策得不到遵守时，采取正确的措施。
10. Communicate and maintain effective relationships with subordinates.
        定期与员工沟通，与下属保持有效的关系。
11. Attend daily production meeting, and report, track and assist to solve existing production problems.
        出席每天的生产会议，汇报、跟进、协助解决相关的生产问题。
12. Supervise and improve production line 5S to meet ACE silver medal.
        监督及改善生产线的5S达到ACE银牌要求.

Qualifications任职资格
1. Education & Certification教育背景和专业资格
        Associate degree, major in engineering
        工业专科学校毕业
2. Experience工作经验
        3-4 years experience of manufacturing
        3-4年的制造经验
3. Knowledge专业知识
        Basic skill in bench work
        有电气的基本知识
        Computer Skills: Knowledge in Windows & Microsoft Office
        计算机水平：熟练掌握Windows 及 Microsoft office操作
