JOB MISSION:
To assist Marketing Manager in all marketing matters including CRM and budget/expense reports.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Customer Relationship Management
? Plan and implement CRM projects to achieve strategic goals
? Manage CRM system and analyse client performance for all types of CRM reports
? Work closely with internal departments and regional offices to ensure projects can be implemented effectively
? Client collateral and gift coordination
? Develop 3rd party collaboration
2.Budget and Expense Report
? Monitor CRM budget
? Consolidate monthly and quarterly Marketing expense report and align with Finance team
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM, capacity in a related business or brand. International luxury brand experience will be a plus.
? Familiarity with various types of CRM works, also have successful experience in project management.
? Fluent in English both oral and written.
? Advanced analytical & computer skills (MS Office) required.

? Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
? Team-worker, people-oriented, committed, passionate, can work under pressure.
