Responsible for producing and explaining Combined Ratio results across business. Being highly visible you will interact with and advise underwriting, commercial, operational and financial management profitability results in the business.

岗位职责
Defining and producing profitability reports and models designed to reflect the Combined Ratio and profit commissions.
Coordinating with IT department to develop KPI indicators and dashboards and trend analysis distributed with commentary and recommendations to the business.
Produce results with explanations from both an accounting year and underwriting year that can be drilled.
Creating portfolio analytics considering price, product, channel, operational changes together with external factors influencing the combined ratio result.
Production of weekly and monthly packs to review results and the impact on profitability clearly explained to the business.
To produce and maintain a budget and forecast model for the Technical parts and responsibilities. Working with the Technical Area and the Business to maintain projections based upon new schemes, pricing, expenses and commission changes (responsibilities to be aligned with Finance budgeting requirements).
Application of Expenses and all aspects of pricing for full traceability in reporting together with explanation of results each month.
Working Alignment with Actuarial and Finance and the Operational area to ensure that reserve criteria, IBNR, and results are aligned.
Implementing a data validation structure to ensure accuracy of internal and external data utilised in reports.
To adhere to the Company’s procedure in accordance with CIRC guidelines if applicable, and TCF (treating customers fairly) if any in the market.
To be compliant with the Data Protection Act if any in the market.
To support Managers to manage the key risks within your department.
To ensure that you conduct your role in accordance with relevant anti-fraud policy (to act honestly and with integrity) and to report any suspected incidents of fraud and corruption.
To adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures, including Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities, Data Protection, Code of Conduct, Security, IT and Internal Control Financial Regulations.
To undertake any other duty or responsibility that may reasonably be allocated by your Manager/Company’s Senior Management Team.

      Master Degree with 1-2 years or Bachelor Degree with 3-4 years experience in business statistics or insurance.
       Excellent English skill in both orally and written
Experience in Coordinating and implementing Business Intelligence reports.
Strong analytical skills in SAS, Excel, Access.
Qlik development..
Experience in Underwriting, Actuarial and Financial measures.
Previous product experience in a similar role within Assistance/Travel Insurance/Warranty preferential.
Strong analytical, numerical and problem solving skills.
Positive attitude that embraces change.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including presentational (verbal and written).
Excellent attention to detail, planning and organisation skills in order to meet timescales.
Ability to interact with all levels of seniority, both internal & external.
