职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll & tax process.
- Ensure timely and accurate calculation of quarterly incentive and year-end bonus.
- Coordinate with BU HR to arrange employment/termination process
- Handle employee benefit issues on social insurance, housing, sup insurance
- Work with accounting to provide cost allocation, monthly accruals.
- Support internal and external audits related to payroll and benefits.
- Ensure monthly reports are accomplished accurately and punctually.
- Other assigned HR related tasks.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, 3 years related working experience
- Good command of written and spoken English is essential
- Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel
- Good command of HRIS system, SAP preferred
- Sense of Responsibility and confidentiality
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Quick and smart learner and team work player
