职位描述：
Major Tasks and Responsibilities of Position
1. Take leadership role in all online sales related tasks
2. Stay responsible for achievement of overall online sales target (min. RMB 3mn in a calendar year)
3. Establish at least one flagship online store in leading portals
4. Build and maintain professional, transparent, and trust-based relationship with buyers from strategic online sales partners, e.g. JD.com, Tmall, Amazon.com…etc.
5. Develop online sales activities for strategic online partners under OTC marketing strategy and follow up on high-quality executions
6. Conduct basic analysis on online sales, e.g., trends, major online sales portals, competitive landscape…etc. and come up with innovative ideas to further strengthen DC online sales
7. Coordinate across different parties, e.g., commercial, marketing, and dealers to develop proper commercial policy for online sales partners and ensure smooth product supply
8. Source proper dealers for online sales on a need basis
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years of direct online sales experience in multinational medical device or OTC company
2. Solid understanding of online sales, esp. strengths and weaknesses of major online portals and how to work with them
3. Able to work independently and forge harmonious relationship with colleagues and external partners
4. Strong willingness to learn new things and embrace new ideas
5. Good at communication skills
6. Basic English skill
7. Strong go-for-result attitude and execution oriented
8. Work location: Beijing or Shanghai
