职位描述：
Main Tasks:
● support the system user during their day-to-day business
● preparation and processing of SAP ByDesign change projects
● analysis and optimization of the business processes, preferably in the areas SCM and Finance
● training and workshops for new employees and after the change projects and system adaptations
● coordination of data procurement and migration
● Coordination of ByD and interfacing topics with IT manager of other divisions
● For any Incident out of local support scope, create incident ticket and work with SAP or other suppliers to follow-up the progress and keep updating system users
● For each system new release from SAP, do technical testing and keep communication with system users
 


Qualifications:
● Chinese native speaker, fluent in english
● very good knowledge and understanding of business processes outside the system and mirroring it into the system
● at least 3 years experience as SAP consultant or key user in a specific area
● affinity to IT topics, ERP and business development
● Knowhow of project management and organization of projects and team
● strong competences in communication and team-work
● Overview about interface possibilities and setup
● Communication skills for clarifications with the owners of interfacing systems (Logistics Partner, Frontend etc.)
● Proven functional /technical professional with at least 3 full cycles SAP projects implementation experience.
● Very good knowledge and understanding of business processes outside the system
