职位描述：
Job Description：
1. Responsible for sales activities in Shenzhen branch
2. Recruitment and interviews
3. Trainings (together with Training Manager): Newcomer, Advisor, TL
4. Organize and lead meetings: Advisor meeting, TL meeting, local team meeting
5. Weekly and monthly planning and reporting
6. Personnel development (Identification of potential leaders, development, coaching, practical guidance of Advisors and Team Leaders)
7. Fine-tuning business concept during running business (e.g. sales approach, services, personnel development concepts etc.)

Job Requirements：
1. Minimum of 5 years job experience. Extensive leadership experience (> 5 years) with larger teams (> 5-10 direct reports)
2. Experience in commercial management and face to face selling.
o Service industry
o Food
o Gastronomy/hotel industry
o Direct marketing
3. Extremely high social competence.
o Good adaptability to people of different social levels
o Highly sensible and empathic listener
4. Loves to work with the people. Communicative, enthusiastic appearance, charismatic.
o Loves to be on stage
o Clear, explicit and coherent in communication
o Very good presentation skills
5. Good educational level. Commercial basic education/knowledge.
