职位描述：
Key Responsibilities：
· Designing brochures, promotional graphics and pages
· Updating the internal documents with graphic software
· Developing clean and effective graphic templates and style guides
· Acting as design liaison among technical marketing, agencies and marketing team in headquarter in Germany
· Manage the graphic library and printing assets of the company
· Fulfilling multiple project requests while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines
 
Basic Qualification Requirement：
· At least 3 years of work experience in graphic design production environment
· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent professional experience required
· Excellent skills on In-Design, Adobe and Photoshop
· Strong communication skills in English
· Self-motivated and capable of working independently
 
Preferred Qualification Requirement：
· Experience working with a design style guide or branding guidelines
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to gracefully defend your design decisions
· Illustration experience
· Copywriting skills as plus
· German language as plus

1. 拥有使用设计指南或品牌方针的工作经验。
2. 良好的沟通、展示和人际交往能力，并能恰当地维护自己的设计理念。
3. 解说的相关经验。
4. 撰写软文。
5. 德语。
