职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities
? To ensure management, monitoring, governance of SAP FI / CO system structures at APAC level in accordance with the Group model adopted:
o To develop charts of account (opening new accounts and closing no more useful accounts)
o To administer accountancy settings (VAT codes, withholdings tax codes, payment terms and conditions, etc…)
o To co-ordinate statutory accounts
o To manage assets categories and depreciation/amortization percentages
o To maintain Suppliers & Customers Master Data
? To define and maintain procedures and accounting processes
? To produce SAP financial reporting
? To provide advice on SAP issues and ensure functional system trouble-shooting
? To ensure either resolution or escalation in respect to queries and issues is being provided
? To organize and deliver user’s training


Skills / Attributes Required

? Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field is required; MBA preferred
? 5/6 years of Accounting, Finance and/or Control management related experience in international company
? Excellent Technical knowledge of key systems – SAP (modules FI/CO/MM) a must; Cognos and BPC preferred
? Excellent knowledge of general and management accounting
? Excellent knowledge of finance processes
? Fluent English speaker and writer
? Excellent active listening skills and strong communication skills – both written and verbal
? Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
? Excellent analytical and planning skills, problem solving and decision making
? Act as a team player and able to build strong relationships
? Good knowledge of the business and partner approach
