职位描述
工作描述：
1.负责淘宝店铺内数码产品的销售工作
2.通过旺旺/京东当当接受客户咨询并解答
3.能通过与客户的沟通，分析客户的需求，实现在线销售和服务，提高客户的满意度
4.处理客户的退货、换货、售后解答等订单的服务工作
5.针对店铺进行日常产品上下架维护
岗位要求：
1.熟悉淘宝规则，有淘宝经验者优先考虑
2.会使用QQ旺旺MSN等聊天工具，熟练使用办公软件
3.具有较强的网络沟通能力
4.工作细致认真，非常有耐心，愿意从小事做起，有超强的韧劲和适应能力
5.超强的服务意识，优良的沟通素养，能具团队合作精神
