职位描述Key Responsibilities
-Help to plan and execute boutique internal control reviews. Make enquiries with retail staff, conduct onsite stock takes, examine supporting documents, ensure adequate follow-up.
-Help to carry out comprehensive reviews to the shared services functions, identify control weaknesses, document process flows and follow up with the action items agreed upon.
-Help to conduct internal control review for different operational cycles on a yearly basis
-Assist in providing compliance related retail training to others and building a culture of compliance
-Monitor and maintain general knowledge of related regulatory and/or compliance issues.
-Other projects relating to internal control, e.g. ITGC control / system access right reviews



任职要求Qualification
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance/ Accounting.
-Two to five years of combined work-related experience required in public accounting / internal audit / finance or compliance team of a large luxury/retail organisation
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin required. Report writing experience.
-Strong project management skills, including experience in accounting and audit, with big 4 experiences a definite advantage. Candidate with ITGC background or experience is a definite plus.
-Ability/experience in handling sensitive/complex matters in a confidential/professional manner
-Ability to quickly assess/understand complex business situations/transactions to determine the high risk areas, susceptibility to fraud, weaknesses, and areas of improvements.
-Ability to travel domestically. Potential exists for 30% travel.
-Strong data analysis/technical skills.
-Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Demonstrated willingness to continually learn
