Job Purpose:

1) To work with account management team to ensure projects launch and accomplish successfully
2) To ensure targeted operations KPI’s are met
3) To maintain a high level of client satisfaction through consistent quality service delivery.
4) To maintain a high team morale by providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to the staff

Job Responsibilities:

Project performance:
1) Understand the scope and objectives of the project ensuring successful achievement of targeted performance goals.
2) Develop procedures and process to establish an effective workflow of the project
3) Make sure all necessary operational reports are available for client and internal reviewing, and analyze the reports to identify opportunities for improvement
4) Conduct regular meetings effectively to discuss the operations issues, document meeting minutes and action items
Client relationship:
1) Coordinate with client from operations perspective and ensure client satisfaction
Project financial performance:
1) Responsible for team budget design, review gross margins reports on a monthly basis, and identify rooms for better profit margin
Staff Development
1) Provide support and guidance to call center supervisors and team leaders on daily operations issues
2) Coach and develop call center supervisors and team leaders to ensure they have sufficient skills and knowledge carry out job duties pertaining to the project
3) Monitor and review performance of supervisors and CSRs and provide feedback to them
Team building
1) Establish motivational organism to main high team morale and drive a high level of performance.
Internal coordination:
1) Coordinate with support functions including IT, facility, training and HR to ensure the team has sufficient resources to complete tasks.

Requirements:

Skills:
1) Proven ability to effectively lead management team members
2) Excellent team building skills
3) Ability to clearly communicate at all levels
4) Demonstrated effective utilization of proper operations and employee management practices
5) Knowledge of employee recognition and reward practices
6) Ability to motivate teams and drive peak performance
7) Effective time management skills
8) Solid knowledge of call center management tools including call monitoring skills, coaching, telephone technology, etc.
9) Fluent English skills both verbal and written
10) Proficient in MS Office tools
11) Knowledge of shift management
12) Strong conflict and problem solving skills
13) Ability to perform duties with integrity, accountability and professionalism
14) Enthusiastic, outgoing, driven and motivated individual

Experience:
1) Proven record of success in customer service team management
2) Minimum of 5 years of call center experience with a minimum of 3 years managerial experience
Education:
1) Bachelor’s degree required
