职位描述：
职位抬头：Media Planning Assistant
职位要求：
Job scope：
- Key person to execute monthly Finance procedures - including PRO input/ output, Follow-up on approval status, Finance Summary checking and ensure the details on Packing slips and timely delivery to relevant departments.
- Daily monitoring on the advertising campaigns including screen shots captures and organize the report to support in accuracy of ad placement and print magazine library, voucher copies management
- Administrative support to the team including spotplans filing and legal/ contract document archive, T&E support.
- Work as an assistant role and report to Divisional Managers who champion for the individual tasks.

Requirements：
- Attention to details. Good Organisation skill.
- 3 years + working experience in office environment.
- Relevant experience preferred.
