职位描述：

Process Management:

? Define and secure the global processes forFP&A and costing functions (Calendar, Quality recommendations…)

? Continuous improvement - Drive process & tools optimization andstandardization (in line with rules / processes as per Group policy). Securebest practice sharing by closely connecting with all region platform and GSCcentral FP&A

? Strive for Customer satisfaction within thestandard framework defined for the platform

? Develop, organize and deliver financial training coursesin tools, processes and standards for people concerned memory

Finance Planning and Analysis:

? Bring the technical expertise in all FP&A subjects(AOC technical aspect, Essbase, Smart CCO)

? Lead the team to provide standard report financialinformation according to Group rules (CCO, upstreams, residuals, FOREXanalysis) as validated by FBP in line with aligned schedule

? Support Finance Business Partner to drive performance byproviding analysis, scenario planning, KPIs as well as information regardingcost driver and changes allowing all functions to make timely businessdecisions based on facts.

Costing

? Lead the team todevelop and maintain accurate cost forour products (actual cost, Project base cost, Standard cost), in line withCorporate standard definitions and practices

? Provide costing analysis (eg. Actual vsStandard) and recommendation forproductivity opportunity based on the costing discrepancy analysis

? Secure accuracy of data: identifynon-quality, give support and challenge the local action plans

? Be proactive with FinanceBusiness Parnter to improve globalefficiency of costing function (reports, Dashboard, tools, processes,way of analysis)

Professional Experience:

1.>8 years total working experience on manufacturing finance area ofinternational company

2.>5 years finance analysis experience on budget preparation and cost control

Educationbackground:

1.Bachelor + majored in finance related

Others:

Language:Good English in Oral and Writing

Computer: Well in office software (word, excel, PPT)

OtherTools: SAP, HFM, Essbase
