1. ? Fully implement C&B strategy and programs, provide C&B related solutions to internal clients.
? Participate in compensation surveys, analyze market data, provide compensation counsel and advise constantly.
2. ? Assist in annual personnel budget preparing
? Keep tracking and analyzing on the cost flowing and initiating for related reconciliation timely.
3. ? Implement whole performance management process, including annual performance appraisal, probation assessment and handle daily performance issues.
? Assist in Talent Management process.
4. ? Be accountable for employee movement process, proactively advise for the process review and adjust in line with business requirements and company policy.
? Manage daily people movement and provide professional advice for C&B related if necessary.
5. ? Work close with line to understand business needs and provide compensation and benefits solutions in alignment with C&B strategy.
? Handle employee enquiries, complaints and other issues regarding to C&B.
6. ? Internal expertise of labor law and all related policies and regulations.
? Support line to analyze the ER case and supple the adequate information and process
? Ensure ER cases comply with local legal requirements and company policy.
