Job Purpose
Responsible for meeting sales targets (orders & shipments) for assigned RA products and services within nominated accounts as well as coach the assigned team of Account Managers in order to meet their sales goals.
KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
Achievement of team order/shipment target, individual Order/Shipment target and % growth of assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
DO
1.Coach assigned team of Account Managers on sales processes, account planning and engagements to meet team sales targets.
2.Participate in sales calls to support team member for key account/opportunities.
3.Develop comprehensive sales plans for the assigned accounts.
4.Lead Account Management team in order to achieve business growth in specific accounts.
5.Undertake daily sales calls with Account Management team.
6.Analyze, identify, and create customer needs and where necessary leverage RA resources to meet these needs.
7.Develop prospect lists for sales opportunities.
8.Maintain active funnel to satisfy sales targets.
9.Qualify, follow up and close opportunities for assigned accounts.
10.Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers.
11.Work closely with RA channel partners during the keep, find, and close process.
Oversee
Monitor and execute “keep-find-close” activities of each Account Managers.
Job related competencies
1.Strong skills in Customer-centric Selling, Sales Fundamentals (listening, analyzing, problem solving, lead qualifying, negotiating, persevering, closing), Prospecting & New Customer Development, Disciplined Selling, Territory Planning & Management, and Account Planning & Management.
2.Intermediate level of expertise in Integrated Architecture, Standard Drives and Networks and a basic understanding of all our products (specifically, Motion Control, Drive Systems, Services and Solutions)
3.Intermediate level of expertise in Industry Knowledge.
Educational Qulifications / Work Experience
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
2.Relevant sales and sales management experience.
