职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop transmission mechanism, gear ,worm gear and link mechanism etc. for video conferencing products.
2. Provide mechanical design solution based on product’s ID.
3. Design and review electronic product housing and internal structure by pro/E or Creo(3D model and 2D drawing).
4. Design Polycom Video and Voice products by working with HW team and USA team closely.
5. Packing and label design, set up BOM and release documentation.
6. Product designs are optimized through CAE tool analysis.
7. Checking sample and providing design solutions with focus on DFM/DFA.
8. Compatibility testing including drop, vibration, shock, acoustic noise, analyzing and solving the issues in testing.
9. Cooperate with foreign colleagues on product development.
10. Communicate with manufacturer and provide technical support.

Requirements:
1. A bachelor degree or higher in mechanical engineering or mechatronics.
2. Have the knowledge of plastic, sheet metal, die casting, machining.
3. At least 8 years’ experience in transmission design (Ex: Stepper motor, gear, worm drive) together with project management experiences.
4. Mechanical design in precision transmission mechanism is preferred.
5. Experience of managing a full product cycle from product definition to release, and sustaining.
6. Good control of mechanical 3D design tools (Pro/Engineer or Creo).
7. Good experience in surface treatment process.
8. International working experience with European countries or US preferred.
9. Experience in the following technologies is advantage:
- Thermal analysis skills by CFD or Ansys software.
- Experience in acoustic product design is a plus.
- Have the knowledge of motor structure and motor theory is plus
- Camera or video product knowledge
- Experience in acoustic product design is a plus.
- Familiar with global certification and requirement is a plus.
- Experience of PTZ Camera products is preferred
