岗位职责：
1、负责公司项目的代码开发、设计工作；
2、完成领导分配的基本开发工作；
3、根据开发规范编写代码，满足需求功能，保证开发质量。
4、根据要求进行文档与代码的编写、评审、维护工作；
5、参与公司业务项目的现场技术支持服务工作。


资格要求：
1、计算机专业毕业，大专以上学历；
2、有2年以上实际项目开发经验；
3、熟练Struts2+Spring+Hibernate开发框架,能够独立在该框架中完成模块的全部开发；
4、熟练JavaScript/ HTML/ CSS/ JSP/ XML等J2EE相关技术；
5、熟练JavaScript，能够完成JS脚本的编写和调试。对界面布局美观有一定的审美能力；
6、有扎实的java知识基础，理解接口、抽象、封装等概念。会使用至少三种java开发模式；
7、有良好的沟通能力，理解能力强，对交给的任务能够如期、高质的完成；
8、工作积极主动，具有责任心、事业心，具有很强的自学能力，能够承受工作压力；
