职位描述：
Responsibility 1:
§ Follow DSC’s DePICT project management methodology through all aspects of the project, including budget, if applicable, from inception through implementation/steady state.
§ Understand and promote project lifecycle, concepts, principals, and business processes.
§ Implement and manage processes to review and monitor project performance.
§ Monitor risk and implement plans to mitigate, escalating as required to ensure issues are resolved.
§ Manage customer’s expectation on project implementation and reach mutual agreement on project timeline, cost and scope, etc.
§ Complete and/or coordinate the completion of all project components to meet appropriate economic standards, ensures customer satisfaction, timely completion, and project profitability.
§ Requires limited day-to-day supervision from project Key Account Manager.

Responsibility 2:
§ Provide direction, motivation, training, and decision support to project staff.
§ Leverage the competencies of project associates to enhance project quality and accelerate results.
§ Document project progress, outcome, and lessons learned. Perform other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:
§ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject. (E.g., Logistics, Business Mgmt., Project Mgmt.) , Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is plus.
§ 2-3 years solution design background both in transportation & warehouse.
§ 2 years’ project implementation in logistics sector, especially on transportation project implementation experience.
§ 2 years’ 3PL transportation operation experience.
§ Good command of English.
§ Good communication & strong skills in customer relations.

DPDHL与顺丰控股的联合将打造一个独一无二的平台——顺丰DHL供应链中国，满足中国市场对优质端到端供应链服务的需求。业务仍将遵循DPDHL全球的标准体系，由现有的团队继续运营管理。
