职位描述：
Mission:
1. Control and protect the accounts receivable asset
2. Reduce credit risk and overdue to safeguard the CC credit policy

Job description:
1. Monitor accounts receivable to ensure prompt payment from customers
2. Well record and manage bank drafts
3. Correspond with customers within the credit administration procedures
4. Implement the procedures for overdue accounts analysis and reminder and propose action plan on how to reduce overdue balance
5. Undertake regular reporting to the management, including debtor levels and overdue accounts
6. Liaise with legal counsel for debt recovery
7. Check contract, purchase order, quotation including payment term, penalty term, etc.
8. Constantly review and maintain credit limits on existing accounts
9. Raise red flag for potential risk in the whole order execution
10. Complete other task assigned by Manager

Experience requirements
At least 3 years working experience as accountant plus at least 1 year experience in A/R function

Knowledge
ERP knowledge in accounting and finance module
Microsoft Office skill in Excel & PowerPoint
Good English skill both in written and speaking

Educational requirements
University degree in Accounting or Finance
