Purpose:
The job is responsible for functional guiding a team of Sales to develop and expand business with existing and future Flex / Huawei facilities, in order to achieve Turnover, Market Profitability and Market Share Targets as defined by the Region and HQ. The candidate is able to manage technical sales professionally and follow up important stakeholders and opportunities. He had solid technical background and human and business connection in Flex / Huawei. He has world-class professional sales projects from technical proposal until after sales.
Responsibilities:
1.To implement and execute the Account Plan and strategy for business development in Flex / Huawei
2.Manage directly key manufacturing sites for Flex / Huawei ( mainly Shenzhen – Dongguan – Zhuhai )
3.To develop business opportunities within Flex / Huawei business network
4.To pursue business opportunities and sales leads in a systematic and prioritized way thus expansion of our Market Share in Flex / Huawei annual procurement Budget
5.Ensures proper technical handling, coordination of proposal development process, leads negotiations through to close-up, manage and coordinate effort of sales team
6.To coach the Flex / Huawei key account team and drive towards target achievement in cooperation with the KA-Team, Sales Engineers and the Industry Sales Management
7.To coordinate and facilitate in all customer aspects for pursue and execution of the projects, including Delivery, Pricing, Products, Sales Campaigns / Promotion activities, Process Escalation.....
8.To be aligned with team leader and execute all partnership with the Regional / Clusters on Marketing, Customer Solutions, PA + ED, RSC, GPC for all activities strategic for organization
9.Make analysis of pre-sales activities by won and lost orders, project planning and reporting 10.10.Asses risk and resource analysis for each project ( allocation of limited resources )
11.Using corporate sales tools, effectively maintain and update progress/status of new opportunities
12.KPIs’ being Sales Turnover, Market Share, Market Profitability and Customer Satisfaction
Requirements:
1.University Degree in Mechanical/ Electronic / Industrial Automation Engineering
2.Business administration study will be an added advantage
3.Totally work experience over 10 yrs and sales experience over 3yrs
4.Strong Technical knowledge in Industrial Automation
5.Strong Knowledge of automation concepts / machines for the assembly of electronic products
6.Knowledge of the Final Test and Assembly processes
7.Experience in Huawei or Huawei related OEM network is a strong plus
8.Experience in Team selling / Project Management
9.Knowledge of market/industry Sales
10.Knowledge of Festo as a company preferred
11.Technical strength in pneumatics and electric drives ( at least one )
