Quality Engineer Seating质量工程师（座椅）
Responsibilities岗位职责
Responsible for completing relevant tasks defined by PLUS in new program development. Ensure new product is developed based on customer and APQP requirements. Ensure supplier product development meets the requirement of APQP.
负责完成新项目开发过程中由PLUS（产品投产过程）定义的相关任务，确保新产品的开发按照客户及APQP要求进行，确保供应商零部件的开发符合APQP要求。
Operates and maintains quality system in responsible project, ensures production line under control, improves product quality and reduces cost, and solves customer quality issues.
在所负责的项目或生产线内运行并维护质量体系，使生产线处于受控状态，提高产品质量并降低生产成本, 并解决客户质量问题。
1、Sets APQP time schedule, tracks and coordinates with all part suppliers, according to detailed development requirements of responsible program, to ensure the completion of new program.根据所负责项目的具体开发要求，与各供应商建立零部件APQP时间进度表，并进行跟踪和协调，确保项目的完成
2、Ensures responsible suppliers in PLUS all phases submit documents(OTS, PPAP) and samples per request.保证PLUS各阶段所负责的供应商按要求提交(OTS、PPAP)文件资料和样件
Be responsible for supplier’s SPSO 供应商的SPSO(过程签发)
Internal Quality Documentation内部质量文件
Prepares controls plan of all phases in new product development, MSA, appearance handbook, and PPAP 准备新产品各个阶段的控制计划、MSA、外观手册、PPAP

Ensures responsible suppliers in PLUS all phases submit documents(OTS, PPAP) and samples per request 保证PLUS各阶段所负责的供应商按要求提交(OTS、PPAP)文件资料和样件

3、Defines the requirements of inspection tools with advance manufacture engineer, and tests inspection tools, communicates with customer to ensure OTS, PPAP sample and documents submitted meet customer requirements 和先期制造工程师一起定义检具的要求，并对检具进行验证与客户沟通确保向客户提交的OTS、PPAP样品及文件满足要求
4、Implements quality system, solves product processing problem timely, ensures product and service quality, meets and exceeds customer requirements贯彻执行质量体系，及时处理在产品生产过程中的问题，保证产品和服务质量, 满足甚至超越客户需求

5、Assists to implement quality system and process audit, and track corrective actions according to the plan. Proactively uses suitable quality improvement tools and promote in workplace, to improve quality control 按计划协助实施质量体系及过程审核并跟踪改进措施。在工作中积极使用适当的质量改进工具并进行大力推广，促进质量控制方面的改进

6、Completes product quality inspection and control document,制定产品质量方面的检验和控制文件
Production Quality Management产品质量管理
Be responsible for daily production quality management. 负责日常生产线的产品质量管理

Completes and executes product audit policy, continuously improves product craftsmanship
制定并执行产品审核制度，持续提高产品精致工艺

Be responsible for maintenance and testing of product inspection tools
负责产品检具的维护和验证
7、Assists to set up and implement process statistic and analysis, continuously improves product quality 协助建立并实施过程统计和分析, 持续改进产品质量

Be responsible for continuously decrease RPPM and CPPM 负责RPPM和CPPM持续降低

Improves Process Quality competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程，提高质量制程的竞争力和客户满意度

Competency Requirements (能力要求)
1、Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or related field preferred.本科或以上学历，机械、工程和相关专业优先。
2、2 – 5 years work experience in quality related function, seating industry experience preferred 2 – 5 年质量工作经验，汽车座椅产品质量经验优先。
3、Quality management knowledge (TS16949, control plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Customer Specific System Request, etc.）质量管理知识(TS16949, 控制计划，FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 客户指定系统需求等)
