Engineering budget planning and controlling
在本地工厂发挥工程职能，支持项目工程需求。在负责的项目和产品中执行JCI工程流程，满足项目设计开发目标。在SDT中负责工程交付，支持和从SDT获取支持。作为主要的客户工程联系人。

Process Planning and Optimization 流程计划和优化
Guides and coordinates Advanced Manufacturing activities within development and operational projects

Ensures, supports and develops manufacturing capacities in plants, monitors and audits adaptation of manufacturing best practices and standards in the plant

Quality Insurance of the deliverables保证质量与交付
Be in charge of the quality execution of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering tasks as defined on PLUS timeline
对投产系统时间表上安排的先期制造工程任务进行质量管理。
Be responsible for sign off on Manufacturing Sign Off as required for PLUS deliverables
负责投产系统交付成果的验收
Equipment Selection and Maintenance 设备选择和维护
Provides specifications for manufacturing equipment in line with Johnson Controls standards and recommendations for equipment procurement
根据江森自控的标准提供生产设备的规格，并提出针对设备采购的建议
Monitors assembly equipment through production start up (Equipment verification process), stimulates Total Productive Maintenance in new projects
在投产的过程中监控装配设备，推动在新项目中进行生产总体维护
Process & Tools Improvement 流程&工具创造/ 改进
Cooperates with Center of Excellence for further development of Advanced Manufacturing tools and processes ( R )
与优化中心合作，进一步开发先期生产工具和流程
Improves the plant and process layout for new and existing products (AutoCAD, Tecnomatix) ( S )
对新产品和现有产品的工厂和流程进行改善（AutoCAD、Tecnomatrix）
Provides cost analysis of product and process alternatives to achieve cost savings ( S )
为可替代的产品和流程进行成本分析，以降低成本。
Improves process specifications and recommendations regarding ergonomic, support continuous improvement activity in plants (KAIZEN) to improve quality and improve efficiency and reduce downtime ( S )

Manage the following daily works of Product Engineer管理产品工程师的以下日常工作
Carry out Engineer activity in SDT 在SDT中执行项目工程活动
Implement JCI engineer process/tools in project (PLUS, BEP, BBP, xSO, DFC, etc.)
Clarifies customer requirement in responsible product
Engineering benchmarking
Transfers customer / SDT requirement to design/development target
Defines components requirement (material, dimension, performance, appearance)
Identifies engineer requirement to sub-supplier
Corporates other tire I supplier on engineer issue
Parts supplier capability assessment
Technical window person for customer / supplier technical issues/ proposal
Approves supplier sample delivery,( Off tool sample approve )
Supports product verification activity internally and externally
Project engineer issues tracking and solving
Draws up ECR and tracking execute after ECO
Controlls project budget within PD2
Draws up PD3 if necessary

Anticipates advances in technology and plans appropriately预测技术发展并制订相应计划
Initiates resolution of key technical issues提出关键技术问题的解决方案
Communicates with OEM customers and suppliers
Communicates with SDT team update engineer status in project, getting necessary support from SDT
与OEM客户和供应商保持联系，向SDT团队通报项目工程状态，从SDT获得必要支持
Continuous Improvement 持续改进
Improves Manufacturing Engineering’s competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes
通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程，提高制造工程部部门的竞争力和客户满意度


Competency Requirements (能力要求)
Bachelor’s degree or above, Master’s and/or other advanced academic degrees preferred 本科或以上学历，硕士和/或其他高等学历优先。
Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering Background, 5-8 years of working experience in mechanical engineering field.制造或机械工程背景，在机械工程领域有5-8年的工作经验。
At least 2 years of work experience in management position有至少2年的管理岗位工作经验。
