助理校长（Assistant Center Manager）
Role Description:
The Assistant Center Manager is, under the leadership of School Director, responsible for coordinating the overall management of an English First school. Duties encompass the hiring and training of both local and expatriate staff, running a sales operation and operating the school day-to-day. The ACM should follow the regulations and procedures of English First operation manual and maintain a high level of customer service.

-大学本科及以上学历
-至少3年以上管理工作经验，其中教育及培训行业经验优先考虑
-有相关销售、客服或市场营销管理工作经验
-英语听说能力强，能作为工作语言，与外教无障碍交流
-具备良好的职业素养和专业精神，形象气质佳
-具备独特人格魅力，领导力强，富有开拓精神，出色的沟通协调、应变和解决问题的能力
-j结果为导向

岗位职责：
-激励并管理销售和服务团队完成并超越销售指标
-确保标准课程管理流程的有效实施
-保证最高程度的客户满意度
-为团队成员提供持续的培训及职业化训练
-通过外方教务长管理教师团队，提高外教利用率，保证学校正常的教学秩序
