Job Functions
? Establish and extend the relationship with design institute and consulting company in Building Industry
Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
? Work closely with Sales and support business growth
? Plan and manage the regional sales promotion with design institute and consulting company
? Keep close and good communication with design institute and consulting company
? Update new product and technical information design institute and consulting company
? Get project leads and information for sales team timely
? Good insight of solution and product selection for design institute and consulting company at the early project stage
? Collect and analyze market and competitors information
Qualification and Experience
? University Bachelor degree or above in Engineering field, Water or HVAC Engineering is the preference, fluent English reading and writing
? At least 3-5 years working experience related to design, installation or commissioning of construction, mechanical or electrical engineering; working experience in design institute or consulting company in building industry is an extra plus
Skills and Personal Attributes
? Fluent written and spoken Chinese: Good knowledge of English
? Computer literate – MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, working knowledge
? Honesty and integrity to uphold the Company’s values
? Good people skills and able to work with people at all levels
? A team player able to work with other members to achieve goals of the team
? Self-driven with ability to prioritize tasks based on set objectives
? Enthusiasm and persistence in getting the job done
? Positive self-confidence and ability to deal with pressure
? Good presentation and communication skills for internal cross function teams and external clients
? Willing to travel, up to 50%
