1. Basic information:
- Position: Customer Service Associate
- Department: Customer Service
- Location: SZ office
- Reporting line: Report to Customer Service Manager
2. Job Objectives：
- Handle customer's enquiries and complaints;
- Ensure customer's satisfaction
3. Primary responsibilities:
- Providing sales and administrative support to field based sales representatives 30%
- To have Customer Order(s) entry per Sales Manager or customer’s request 20%
- To follow up the orders with the Sales Manager, Finance, Inventory Controller and the Warehouse 10%
- To handle customer enquiries, shipment tracing and complaints 20%
- To handle RMA returns and replacement 10%
- To review and clear backlog orders 5%
- To assist Finance to settle outstanding payment from customers 5%
* The approximate amount of your average work week devoted to the activity
4. Requirements:
- College or university graduates
- At least 3 years customer service/sales order processing experience, preferably from the sports equipment industry
- Patient, high attention to detail and customer oriented with strong PC skills and an eagerness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and fluent in English
- Experience of ERP system preferred
