WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
What do the Reliability Team do?
We are a modern team using scrum-like methods and try to predict what we should do in a 2-week basis. We are also an operation team that handles alarms from monitor system.
The most of our service running in Amazon Web Services (AWS cloud). We have the operation responsibility for our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV). There are many integrations to the ERP system, for example Lambda services and e-commerce. Automation is the key to our success!

What you’ll be doing here
1.Developing and tweaking the environment to get a more speed, stability and security.
2.Writing automation scripts.
3.Monitoring global IT infrastructure, identify and solve incidents and escalate issues to proper specialist/manager.
4.Collaborating with the Devops and Development Teams

WHAT YOU’RE GREAT AT
1.Full working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English
2.Academic degree in computer science or related
3.Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server
4.Good knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory
5.Scripting Language (PowerShellor Python)
6.Experience of system monitoring
7.Good communication skills
8.Strong team player, troubleshooter with an analytical mindset, service minded
9.Comfortable to work in both team and individual

What we would love to see from you
1.Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is strongly preferred
2.Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
3.Knowledge of Linux
4.Knowledge of cloud (AWS,Aliyun)
5.Knowledge of Networking
6.Certification in related fields (MCSA, AWS SysOps Associate, CCNA and above)
7.Thrive to learn new technology, take challenges and solve problems

On a trip halfway across the world, founder Filip Tysander met an intriguing British gentleman with impeccable yet unpretentious style. The *** had a particular fondness for wearing his vintage watches on old, weathered NATO straps. Inspired by his new acquaintance, Filip created his own line of watches - minimalist and refined.
The ***’s name? Daniel Wellington.
