About Internal Firm Services

In order to deliver a first-class service to our clients, we need first-class support internally. Our Internal Firm Services (IFS) is a network of specialist support professionals who play a vital role in ensuring we have all the right resources, services and technology. Not all of us work directly with external clients. Some of our best people choose to apply their talents as part of IFS and as such are a part of an organisation on a par with many of our external clients.

Our teams in IFS include: Administration, Branded Merchandise, Business Development, Finance, Global PwC Experience, Global Technology Solutions, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Office of General Counsel, Research, and Senior Partner Office.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Provide account servicing and consultancy advice to the firm’s key clients across the region;
• Develop, implement and execute marketing and communication initiatives to effectively promote the firm’s services;
• Manage and coordinate events including, hospitality & corporate philanthropy events, seminars and workshops;
• Uphold a firm working knowledge and understanding of the marketing process, including the creation of marketing collateral, advertising, editorial, design, print and web. Be the communication focal point on all aspects of a project;
• Be an active participant in the management of outside vendors used to supply these services;
• Deliver a high level of service and can-do attitude in all aspects of developing and delivering marketing communications;
• Be pro-active in assessing needs and delivering added value to the business wherever possible.

Requirements

• A bachelor degree in marketing related discipline;
• five years above marketing and project management experience, experience within a multinational organisation is a plus;
• Meticulous and detail-oriented in delivering quality and consistent work;
• Must be able to multi-task and cope under pressure in a dynamic working environment;
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills; must be service oriented and a team player;
• Strategic and creative thinker;
• Ability to work independently;
• Strong project management, reasoning, organizational and problem solving skills;
• Strong client service approach is crucial;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua) is a must;
• Excellent presentation and communications skills;
• Computer literate and proficient in MS applications.
