职位描述：
管理岗位
1、培养和发展团队，协助和指导团队完成业务订单及个人业绩目标；
2、负责部门业务人员的考核、培训、奖惩工作。

任职要求：
1）英语口笔头表达自如、从事外贸3年以上；
2）有外贸团队管理经验；
3）如做过PCB或FPC或PCBA、OEM、EMS优先录取。

职位基本情况说明：
1）有系统培训，入职一周左右即可找到客户与询盘，公司不依赖B2B平台开发客户，有国外展览，公司也会有客户等资源分配；
2）自有ISO/TS/UL等工厂资质，硬板、软板、软硬结合与组装，不论难易中小量及批量均可接单；
3）自有国外分支机构可提供客户开发本地支持，亦有出国公干机会；
4）有竞争力的薪资福利；
