Job Description

• Assist in admission events and keep records on each follow-up;
• Assist in admission process design and delivery, including content writing and translation;
• Act as an interface for applicants and the program, e.g. answering general enquiries via phone and email;
• Assist in social media platform operation, e.g. replying potential applicant’s enquires;
• Any other tasks that assigned by the admission team

Reporting structure & key relationships
Reporting to:Managers, Senior Managers, directors

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above;
• At least one year' experience in a marketing or related function with a multi-national organisation is an advantage;
• Good communication skills;
• Excellent spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as general PC skills (experience in using Lotus Notes Groupware is an advantage);
