? Focus on FMP system and work-order scheduling / ME program implementation.
? Technology platform setup, ensure FMP system operative from day one. FMP comprehensive setup including end-use case, PPM, vendor PO input and payment. Shift Arrangement. Help desk setup.
? Workflow & Local Operation Process Design.
? Develops a preliminary workforce schedule by crew ensuring all skills requirement and resource availability is met and if necessary review under Facility Manager.
? Actively participate in scheduling meeting with operation partners to finalize priority of work orders, optimum downtime windows, and necessary lead times.
? Keep accurate metrics on the performance of planning and scheduling functions and provide timely reports to Facility Manager and Clients.
? Works with Operation Tech lead to determine resource availability and work to level the work force.
? Keep accurate metrics on the performance of planning and scheduling functions and provide timely reports to Facility manager.
? Review total FM services to be sustainable improvement and to be the best way to accomplish the work orders.
