Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Handling high levels of Desktop/Laptop Support requests
2. Working to resolve or escalate helpdesk tickets in our internal case management system
3. Providing expert technical support to all users, including senior management and VIPs
4. Providing face-to-face support to end users for hardware and software issues
5. Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults and resolve technical hardware and software issues
6. Configuring and installing new computers using standard software image and packages
7. Logging customer/employee queries, analyzing call logs to spot trends and underlying issues
8. Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone, instant messaging, email, helpdesk case and face-to-face.
9. Redirect problems to appropriate resource, identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
10. Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions.
Skills & Experience:
1. Knowledge of Active directory
2. Hands on Windows 10 and Mac OSX operating system experience
3. MS Office 2016 and Office 2016 for Mac
4. Basic knowledge of Lenovo Thinkpad & Apple Mac Hardware
5. Knowledge of Casper server and Apple laptops troubleshooting
6. Hands on Enterprise Lync solution and Skype for business client.
7. Hands on O365 cloud and Microsoft Skype for business
8. Knowledge of Duo security technology.
9. Basic Knowledge of SCCM client.
10. Basic troubleshooting knowledge of Networking.
11. Experience with mobile devices (Apple & Android)
12. Experience with McAfee Antivirus software
13. Basic knowledge in helpdesk call routing system: Interactive intelligence
14. Experience with a helpdesk case management system: Service Now
15. Basic knowledge of Pulse Secure, Easy connect and MDM Intune
Key Competencies:
1. IT related Degree or Diploma with 3+ years’ experience in a related discipline
2. Excellent English; oral and written communication skills are mandatory in this role
3. Fluent Mandarin or other Asian languages highly desirable
4. No travel restriction
5. Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
6. Customer service orientation
工作时间:Must be flexible to do varied daytime shift work for example 7:00am - 3:30pm, 8:00am - 4:30pm and 9:00am - 5:30pm. These times will vary throughout the year and change in accordance to global daylight savings changes and support requirements.
