职位描述:
This position is based in Shanghai, drives the commercial performance of the company through the design, development and implementation of excellence programs focused on sales and marketing strategy and operations. Plans and provides task supervision to members of cross-functional project teams.

Job Responsibilities
1. Master Database Management: responsible for hospital, physician and pharmacy master database to be feed into hospital reporting, CRM and other system.
2. Data Management, Performance Reporting and Analytics: Integrate diverse data sources and design back-end data systems to implement dynamic sales and marketing dashboards and analytic capabilities.
3. Territory planning: facilitate territory alignment, target setting with the commercial team in order to optimize sales resource allocation.
4. CRM and SFE KPI: work with IT to customize CRM system based on China needs with continuous improvement. Drive CRM implementation across the field force. Facilitate physician segmentation and targeting and establish SFE KPI by working with the commercial team. Monitor KPIs on a regular basis with robust analytics capabilities.
5. Sales incentive and reward programs: design and implement sales incentive plan as well as reward programs based on business priorities.
6. Market Research Support: coordinate with affiliate and regional primary market search projects.
7. Familiar with secondary market data sources and able to provide recommendations on data subscriptions and analytics approaches.
8. Key commercial operations projects: Provides planning, leadership and focus to manage deliverables, schedule, scope, and objective within the commercial organization with significant business impact
9. Facilitate SFE related training to the commercial team. Organize routine communications on SFE related topics to the commercial team.

Knowledge, experience and Skills
1. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment.
2. Solid experience in sales operations and SFE.
3. Skills of project management and good cross-functional communication.
4. Ability to effectively communicate technical and qualitative information to non-technical executives through interpersonal, verbal, and written channels.
5. Shows integrity, tenacity, resilience and adaptability in complex situations and an often changing environment.
6. Advance degree is preferred.
