Objectives:
1. Responsible for premium business of Haircare, start from NPD to operational marketing as key brand owner.
2. Manage brand P&L, i.e. grow sales and profit across multiple channels
3. Develop and execute hair care brand marketing plans, working with the marketing & sales teams
4. Define consumer oriented market research, business intelligence/market intelligence to facilitate optimal brand positioning /product concept.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Developing and executing Haircare branding, marketing and sales strategy and plans to drive hair care brand growth, based on commercial drive and channel partner insights
2. Familiar with offline & E-commerce dynamic and product trend of Haircare market. Setting and managing product pricing across different channels
3. Working closely with internal sales team and external channel partners to plan and execute sales expansion and drive commercial results
4. Determining the allocation of different products or product lines to different channels
5. Implementing marketing plans by working with sales and marketing teams and external suppliers to deliver on time and on budget
6. Coordinating development of communication materials such as catalogues, websites, brochures, packaging and in-store displays
7. Monitoring and analyzing business performance against goals and competitors; coordinating regular meetings and preparing regular reports outlining the brands’ performance
Requirements:
1. More than 5 years brand management MKTG experience in FMCG industry (Haircare or personal care related), strong in NPD experience is highly appreciated
2. Prefer in Haircare industry with successful track record
3. Clear communications in written and oral English and Chinese; ability to explain bigger picture items and 'technical' details to the senior leadership team to get their buy-in
4. Mature, well-balanced personality, ability to listen to and accept others' point of view
5. Mixture of analytical, data-driven decision making and creativity
