Role purpose

This role will be the Sales promoter who will manage home care business development in his area.

Accountabilities:

Manage sales for Home care biz.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify targets
Support business manager to make business development strategy and business plan
Lead local distributors to reach sales target
Knowledge, experience & capabilities

Critical Knowledge

Good sales and marketing knowledge and skills
Above the experience on pest control or agribusiness sales will be a plus

Critical experience

Good communication and distributors management skills
Good understanding for agriculture industry
Critical technical,professional and personal capabilities


Basic biology or plant protection knowledge
