职位描述：
Responsibities:？
- Be responsible for recruiting, including Campus Recruiting, German Center Recruiting, Job Fair etc. Keep good relationship with Head Hunters, and keep on developing and optimization of recruiting channels
- Monthly HR report, talent analysis, talent pool maintainance
- Focus on Job Analysis according to the needs from each dept. Maintaining Job Specification and Organization Chart. Choose proper recruiting channels and methods
- Other tasks assigned by reporting Manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in HR, or relevant major
- 5+ years of HR recruiting function working experience; MNC company experience is must.
- Familiar with the HR related regulation and law in China region
- Various HR system knowledge and proficient practice
- Well organized, logical thinking, service oriented
- Influence skill
- Good command of English
- Good communication and planning
- Be able to work under high pressure
