Position Summary
This role will be responsible for overall online sales performance management. Focus on in-site investment performance planning, management and analysis to continuous improve investment ROI.
Job Responsibilities/Deliverable
1. Achieve Ecommerce development objectives, goals together with Online Sales Managers for JD and Tmall respectively (revenue, market share of Ecom platforms
2. Proactively manage in-site investment performance analytics, develop insights and share across internal team to amplify business and potential to grow; check all the related statistics and KPIs on give feedback on daily basis.
3. Actively optimize budget planning and the traffic structure at Stores of Ecom platform (JD, Tmall etc), to maximize company investment while still think for long.
4. Good coordination between two major channels (JD and Tmall) including product assortment, promotion, forecast and supply.
5. Streamline reporting process from external to internal to make sure proper reports are delivered in time.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Understanding of ecommerce game rules
- Detailed knowledge and experience of in-site investment planning and execution
- Good communication skill, analytical skill, also management skill
- Self driven, good English in oral and written

- Bachelor degree in ecommerce or related majors, detail oriented with sense of business
