Job Functions
? Provide after-sales service technical expertise
? Troubleshoot pumps and pumping systems, and provide practical technical solutions and assistance to customers and business partners

Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
? Collaborate with service partner to solve the products or systems problem
? Provide service-related product training programmes and technical support to customers and employees for new and existing products and their applications
? Participate in product introduction and quality teams
? Analyse failure data and report finding to support corrective action activities
? Responsible for developing and providing service-related procedures and work instructions
? Responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of service-related literature
? Assist region to achieve service sales target

Qualification and Experience
? College Degree or above Degree holder in electrical or hydraulic or mechanical field
? Engineering background, 3 + years of service experience, familiar with pumps and the application (water supply and drainage, HVAC) is a plus
