Major responsibilities
主要工作职责
A. Marketing Intelligence & Team Support
市场信息&团队支持
1) Assistant GM for National New Product Launch Planning
协助GM完成全国新品上市计划
2) Build retail & E-commerce data collect and develop the data analysis report template for GM
零售及电商销售数据搜集并开展数据分析报告模版
3) Analysis related information for strategy & marketing plan reference
分析市场相关信息以便为产品策略及市场计划作参考
4) Collect information about industry, competitors
搜集行业及竞品的相关信息
5) Develop promotion calendar to inline with product marketing calendar and help lift the total brand sales
根据全年营销计划制定相应的促销方案，以提升整个品牌的销量

B. Admin Support
行政支持
1) Smooth communication with Marketing / Sales / E-commerce / Training departments for business related issues
与跨部门之间进行业务上的顺畅沟通
2) Paper translation & interpreter for GM if needed
为GM提供书面翻译及会议口译


Qualifications:
任职资格
1. Fluent in English and Mandarin
英文读写熟练
2. Matured personality, and good team player
为人成熟稳重，喜欢团队合作
3. Agility to learn
学习能力强
4. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office application
熟练掌握Microsoft Office
5. Experience in Marketing/Purchasing is preferred
有市场、采购相关工作经验者优先
