PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1.To ensure all operations, maintenance, administration and other facility related services and activities are performed in a safe, healthy and environmentally friendly manner;
2.To develop, manage and implement the EHS/SCM plan and processes for all facility related activities on-site;
3.To ensure all facility operations, maintenance and management activities of the electircal, mechanical, chemical, fire systems, and equipment etc. are performed in a safe and efficient manner and comply with the Company, Client and Government's policies and requirements;
4.To manage the investigation and documentation of all facility related EHS&SCM incidents/accidents onsite;
5.To conduct weekly or monthly EHS / SCM review with the team management and team members, and the Client;
6.To develop, implement and review the EHS&SCM training program for team members and service vendors;
7.To conduct monthly EHS audit on all facility operations, maintenance and management activities;
8.To comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards;
9.To develop and maintain an EHS&SCM network for reporting and sharing best practices;
10.To maintain strong partnerships with customer security service providers, site management and law enforcement;
11.To perform other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION
1.Degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering or related field and EHS certification from recognised organisation or institution;
2.Minimum 5 years working experience, with minimum 3 years experience in EHS implementation and management in MNCs;
3.Good command of Chinese and the English language (written and spoken);
4.Strong computer skills - proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint); 5.Must be extremely motivated, detail-oriented, dependable and flexible, with strong interpersonal and organization skill;
6.Teamwork, Accountability, Customer Orientation.
