Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Strategy operations
? Monitor and understand omnichannel roadmap and each initiative KPIs
? Coordinates strategy development within each project team and drives operational execution within other functions
? Deep dive in specific areas of each initiative to support business strategy decisions
? Maintain internal communication platform database and gather information needed for monthly report production
Department coordination and administration
? Assist Strategy Manager and Director with internal financial process
? Process contracts and invoices
? Gather required documents for purchase requests
Enablement
? Equip each team with the necessary information to success in strategic projects. Encourage stakeholders to share best practices and advocate development within their businesses. Provide support and set limits
Networking
? Actively build relationships both within colleagues and associations outside of UA and proactively share best practices within the market
Technical Attributes of Ideal Candidate: include but are not limited to the following:
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor’s degree
? Preferably a first-year student in a two-year full time Master of Business Administration (MBA) program
Language Skill
? Chinese: native speaker of Chinese
? English: fluency

? Good at communication, with the ability to work transversally with different functions.
? High standard of professional work ethics
? Fast paced, and can work under pressure
? Detail oriented
? Strong customer service mindset
? High learning agility
? Proactive, energetic, self starter, strong commitment to work
? Team work spirit, but can also work independently
? Able to deal with ambiguity
? Good presentation skill
