About Internal Firm Services
In order to deliver a first-class service to our clients, we need first-class support internally. Our Internal Firm Services (IFS) is a network of specialist support professionals who play a vital role in ensuring we have all the right resources, services and technology. Not all of us work directly with external clients. Some of our best people choose to apply their talents as part of IFS and as such are a part of an organisation on a par with many of our external clients.

Our teams in IFS include: Administration, Branded Merchandise, Business Development, Finance, Global PwC Experience, Global Technology Solutions, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Office of General Counsel, Research, and Senior Partner Office.


Job Description & Responsibilities

• Combining creative flair and technical skills to produce digital learning materials for our China/Hong Kong staff
• Liaising with subject matter experts to engineer their knowledge and information into digital products
• Collaborating with other specialists (videographers, designers, project managers) and the service delivery centre to produce the final product and present to clients
• Maintaining best practice documentation
• Meeting deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environment with multiple assignments occurring simultaneously
• Coaching other team members

Requirements

• a Bachelor’s degree in instructional/multimedia/web design/software development or computer science
• at least one year experience in producing multimedia/web products in a commercial environment (fresh graduate will also be considered, candidate with more experience will be offered the post of senior developer)
• proficient in creating graphics and layouts using Adobe Cloud products
• ability to communicate fluently with in English and Putonghua
• to possess strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
• A definite plus if you have experience in:
• designing and developing of elearning, online game, or mobile application
• Articulate Studio, Storyline, Lectora, or Captivate
• HTML5 (XML, CSS, Javascript)
• SCORM, AICC and xAPI standards
