职位描述：
? Understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard, such PPM, SOP, LOTO, etc. 遵守并执行工程业务标准，如预防性维修计划，标准作业指导书，上锁挂牌等
? Provide technical support for the weak current maintenance 对弱电系统维护提供技术支持
? Assist engineers to treat monthly PPM and W.O. through FMP. 协助设备工程师通过FMP系统处理维修计划和工单
? Ensure all of engineering documentation in good management and centralize all the service completion record 管理工程文件和收集维保记录
? Coordinate local supervisory organization to finish annual test and check for special equipment such as boiler, elevator, and pressure vessel. 协调政府监督机构完成特种设备的年度检测工作
? Supervise all the suppliers’ KPI and ensure subcontractor and supplier log books are up to date 考核维保商绩效并确保维保记录更新
? Record holiday and sickness statistics for all engineers and technicians. 记录工程员工考勤
? Issue Purchase Request through the appropriate system and ensure spare parts and warehouse in good management. 整理提交备件采购需求并管理备件库房
? Any other tasks that manager assigned 完成主管分派的其他工作
