Job Functions
? Responsible for service business development in agreed market, achieve agreed sales target.
? Responsible for leading the service sales process for focused customers, markets, products, or industry while focusing on fulfilling sales quota, marketing goals and profit objectives.
? According to sales target, work out sales strategy and sales budget in the specific region.
? Create and maintain good relationship with customers.
? To maintain the customers’ data file.
? Increase awareness of the Grundfos aftermarket business
? Troubleshooting and emergency call-outs as may by required and assist with equipment start-up and training when necessary
Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
? Engage customer to suitable service offerings by identify their paint point and breakdown their real demands.
? Learn and refine customer demands and cooperate with solution team to work out the local service offerings.
? Implementation of sales policies, procedures and systems in order to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
? Collaborate with regional operation team to achieve team sales target, coach and improve the sales skills and abilities of the team.
? Selecting equipment without written specifications and submitting sales forecasts supported by market trends, competition, etc., and provides follow-up information on quoted jobs.
? Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing in accordance with company guidelines.
? Create and maintain good relationship with customers.
? Maintain the customer information in CRM system.
? Sales forecast, sales report, KA customer follow up in the region.
? Monitor account receivable balance on a monthly basis; follow up with customers on outstanding balances and ensure that customers pay as per terms in order to help manage cash flow and reduce potential bad debts.
Qualification and Experience
? Minimum 3 years sales/service sales experience in the field of industry products, the field of pumps /air-condition/water supply or control panels will be advantage
? Degree holder in electrical or hydraulic or mechanical field
Skills and Personal Attributes
? Good communication skills and MS office especially presentation skill
? Aggressive, strong market development capabilities
? Result driven, strong responsibility and executive ability
? Team player, Customer oriented, Honesty and integrity to uphold the Company’s values
? Good people skills and able to work with people at all levels
? Self-driven with ability to prioritize tasks based on set objectives
? Enthusiasm and persistence in getting the job done
