Job Functions
? Ensuring full geographical and end-customer segment coverage, by continuously measuring partner needs
? Driving and ensuring partners to meet their sales target
? Training and develop the partners’ competence to sell service products
Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
? Conducting performance capability assessment of partners to ensure quality (incl. initial & ongoing audits)
? Driving commercial collaboration efforts with partners (incl. regular sales meeting throughout the year)
? Identifying potential new partners that fit into the current portfolio
? Negotiating service partner & authorized service partner contracts
? Draft business plan to service partner
? Developing training course for partners
? Support implementation of business development projects in cooperation with relevant partners
Qualification and Experience
? Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
? Experience managing defined processes with business development
? Degree holder in electrical or hydraulic or mechanical field
Skills and Personal Attributes
? Good communication skills and MS office especially presentation skill
? Good command in oral, listening, reading and written Chinese and English
? Aggressive, strong market development capabilities
? Result driven, strong responsibility and executive ability
? Team player, Customer oriented, Honesty and integrity to uphold the Company’s values
? Self-driven with ability to prioritize tasks based on set objectives
? Enthusiasm and persistence in getting the job done
? Positive self-confidence and ability to deal with pressure
? Willing to travel
